Clery Act Compliance & Crime Statistics

See Something, Know Something, Say Something

"See Something, Say Something" is a public awareness campaign primarily used to encourage people to report suspicious activities or behavior that could indicate potential threats to public safety. We urge students and employees to alert Campus Safety if they notice anything unusual or concerning by calling 561-868-3600.

In the event of immediate threat, danger, injury or criminal occurrence, call local authorities by dialing 911.

Clery Act

The Clery Act requires colleges and universities to disclose campus crime statistics, provide support for victims of violence and clearly communicate the policies and procedures they’ve implemented to enhance campus safety.

Sexual Predator & Offender Notifications

The information provided on this page is in support of Board Policy 6Hx-18-3.49.

If you are the victim of a sexual assault, your first priority is to get to a safe place and obtain necessary medical attention. Victims are encouraged to make a timely report to law enforcement officials and/or the College's Campus Safety Department. The timely reporting of an incident is important for evidence collection and preservation. Filing a police report does not obligate a victim to cooperate with a prosecution. If a person makes a report to the Campus Safety department, the student will be given the option to notify local law enforcement. If the student does want to notify local law enforcement, the College will assist with the notification. The Campus Safety department will also assist in making contact with Palm Beach County Victim’s Services if they prefer not to notify local law enforcement.

An additional option for pursuing charges is through the College's disciplinary process, which is detailed in the Student Handbook.

Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE)

Website: Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE)

The FDLE website is provided to search for possible offenders by name (first and last), city or zip code. There is an additional feature (under the university/campus search function) that shows current students that are listed as offenders, by campus.

You can also signup for free alerts when an offender or predator moves close to any address in Florida you choose to monitor.
