How to Pay

PBSC is cashless. All payments must be made online. Students and visitors can quickly and securely pay tuition and other fees through the Workday Payment Portal or the eMarket portal.

  • Limited access program application fees
  • International application fees
  • Library fines
  • Prior learning fees
  • Proctored exam & miscellaneous testing fees
  • Fee for duplicate PantherCard
  • Fee for additional parking decals
  • Public records request fees
  • Write-off balances
