Our Services
Student Account Services is here to help you manage financial payments to Palm Beach State College. The office handles payments for tuition, fees and other obligations. The office also issues refund checks and processes direct deposits to students' financial institutions. Our team makes sure everything is done correctly and securely by following federal, state and college guidelines.

Pay tuition and fees
PBSC utilizes two platforms for paying tuition and fees: Workday and eMarket. Please visit the Cashier's Office webpage for instructions.

To enroll, follow these steps:
- log in to Workday Student
- select Finances
- select Tuition Payment Plan under Links

Direct a sponsor to make payments
The Accounts Receivable area in Student Account Services coordinates tuition and fee charges with third party agencies on behalf of students whose fees are sponsored by a corporation, non-profit agency, military agency or governmental agency. Our team accepts authorizations, vouchers and purchase orders. Sponsors must qualify under the terms set forth under the Third-Party Billing letter.
Receive a refund
Palm Beach State College’s Office of Student Account Services works closely with the Financial Aid Office. Student Account Services is primarily responsible for mailing all refund checks as well as transferring refunds to various financial institutions if a student has opted for direct deposit.
