Steps to Reserve a College Vehicle
Please review the procedures below and follow the steps to reserve and use vehicles.
College Vehicle Usage Procedures
12-15 Passenger Van Procedures
Step 1: Become an Authorized Driver
College vehicles are equipped with Geotab GPS technology, which is used to monitor vehicle location, mileage, and other vehicle-related data during operation. All employees who operate College vehicles are required to acknowledge the use of GPS tracking and comply with College vehicle use requirements.
To become an authorized driver, complete and submit the GPS Acknowledgment Form, including your Florida Driver's License Number for driver validation and authorization.
Once your authorization is approved, contact the Key Office to obtain your vehicle access key fob.
Step 2: Check the availability grid
Review the availability grid to view current reservations and see available dates and times for booking each campus vehicle.
For multi-passenger van reservations, please review the calendar first to check availability before submitting a reservation.
Step 3: Submit a College Vehicle Reservation (CVR) form
