The Center for Student Accessibility provides accommodations and support to ensure that students with disabilities have equal access to a high-quality education and can fully participate in all aspects of campus life.

New Students 

Welcome! To request accommodations from the Center for Student Accessibility, you must first register with the center. 

Registration Process 

Step 1: Submit the CSA interest form or email CSA@pbsc.edu to request an appointment. 

Step 2: A staff member will reach out to you to schedule an appointment. 

Step 3: Prepare to submit documentation from a qualified health care or mental health professional to support a disability claim. 

Step 4: Attend your appointment and complete the registration process.   

 

Current Students 

If you have already registered with the Center for Student Accessibility, you may request accommodations.

Accommodation Request Process 

Step 1: Plan to submit your accommodation request at least three weeks before the start of every term. 

Step 2: Review our available accommodations

Step 3: Submit the accommodation request form or email CSA@pbsc.edu to request the form in a different format. 

Step 4: Wait for confirmation of your request. Processing times vary based on the time of year, the type of accommodations requested and when documentation is submitted.
