For students or professionals with a bachelor's degree, it's an opportunity to sharpen specialized skills and drive professional advancement. Grounded in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), this comprehensive program gives you a strong foundation in project management fundamentals used across industries.
Gain hands-on experience with every stage of the project life cycle — from initiating and planning to execution and closing. Learn and apply skills to manage risks, balance trade-offs, integrate AI tools, make project selections and tackle complex business challenges like cost estimation and scheduling. This program prepares you to take the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) exams.
