Gain hands-on experience with every stage of the project life cycle — from initiating and planning to execution and closing. Learn and apply skills to manage risks, balance trade-offs, integrate AI tools, make project selections and tackle complex business challenges like cost estimation and scheduling. This program prepares you to take the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) exams.

If you already have a bachelor's degree, you can apply to the CPP in Project Management by filling out PBSC's general application on the Admissions webpage and selecting Program Code C810.
