Program Overview

Build skills to address real-world challenges and lead with innovation. Palm Beach State College’s Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.S.) in Supervision and Management prepares students to become business professionals. You will hone your expertise through hands-on learning, relevant internship experience and collaboration with industry professionals. With flexible concentrations and the option to complete the program 100% online, you can tailor your education to fit your goals and lifestyle.  

Students choose to specialize in four concentration areas:  

  • Entrepreneurship (Code: BAS-T704): build core entrepreneurial skills to propel your future as a business professional.  
  • General Management (Code: BAS T701): take courses in strategic management, labor relations and marketing to prepare for managerial-level positions.  
  • Health Management (Code: BAS T702): explore applied coursework to prepare for managerial-level positions in the health sector.  
  • Project Management (Code: BAS T705): learn proven strategies to drive business results. Graduates meet the education requirements for leading industry credentials from the Project Management Institute.

  • Admission requirements: Associate degree with minimum 2.0 GPA
  • Location: Online and on-site at Lake Worth
  • Credits: 120
  • Program Length: Two years (full-time)
  • Cost: $122.85 per credit hour for Florida residents, plus fees. View tuition details.

With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management, you can:   

  • Pursue a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) or other master's degrees at public and private universities nationwide.  
  • Prepare to obtain leading credentials from the Project Management Institute in the project management concentration, such as the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
