Be a shoulder to lean on, helping clients, families and groups in need as a professional in human services. Palm Beach State College's Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Services equips students to make an impact in this meaningful field.

Through applied coursework, simulated practice and real-world internships, you'll develop expertise in assessment, support and treatment of diverse populations. Students complete one of the three PBSC College Credit Certificates during their studies: Human Services, Youth Development or Addiction Studies. You'll build knowledge in group and family dynamics, crisis intervention, mental health disorders, case management and trauma-informed care.
