Under the instruction of experienced industry kitchen chefs, you'll master techniques in food preparation, kitchen safety, menu planning, culinary organization and more. The practical, competency-based courses prepare you to step into exciting culinary roles or continue your education — you can seamlessly transfer credits to the Associate in Science (A.S.) in Culinary Arts Management right here at PBSC.

  • Admission requirements: High school diploma or GED
  • Location: Online and on-site at Lake Worth and Belle Glade campuses
  • Credits: 12
  • Program length: 32 weeks. Evening and weekend classes available.
