Use this form to record concerns about a teacher or student's performance during field observation.
Palm Beach Gardens campus is closed due to an ongoing air conditioning issue. Students with in-person classes should check their PBSC email and contact their instructors for updates. Online classes continue as scheduled. Student services are available online or at 561-868-3000. The campus is expected to reopen Monday, August 3, 2026.
