Title: Donations, Gifts, and Contributions

Proposed donations, gifts and contributions (excluding scholarship funds) shall be reviewed by the President or designee, Executive Director of the Foundation, and administrative officer of the department in which donation, gift, or contribution is to be used. If the review indicates that the donation, gift, or contribution will be beneficial to the College, acceptance thereof may be made by the President; otherwise the donation, gift, or contribution shall be rejected.
The President or designee may direct in writing that gifts given to the College be passed to and accounted for in the Palm Beach State College Foundation.
