The president of Palm Beach State College, pursuant to Florida Statute 1001.61, and State Board of Education Regulation 6A-14.026, is hereby authorized to make all decisions necessary and pertinent to their role as executive officer and corporate secretary of the District Board of Trustees of the institution, and as chief administrative officer of the College. The president and designee of the president possess the full authority to perform the duties and responsibilities of the president as prescribed by Florida statutes and rules of the State Board of Education and the policies of the District Board of Trustees.
