Quality Assured Training
Join a respected network of Quality Assured training professionals delivering impactful, outcomes-driven training to the early childhood workforce. As a Quality Assured trainer, you may also qualify to offer trainings eligible for SEEK scholarships — providing accessible, career-advancing opportunities for early childhood practitioners.
Application Information
Please follow the instructions below when completing your online application.
- Fill out all the required fields on the application.
- Submit copies of all college transcripts, certifications and credentials.
- Submit a current resume and two letters of professional reference.
- Submit the completed application, along with all applicable supporting documentation
via email or fax

In addition to submitting the application and the outlined supporting documentation, applicants must complete required trainings. Once the application and supporting documentation are received and processed, the applicant will receive communication from the Institute identifying the next steps necessary to become a Quality Assured Trainer.

Trainer Approval Series
Before you can begin the Trainer Approval Series, you must first apply to become a Palm Beach County Registry-Approved Trainer. Apply Now
The Trainer Approval Series is designed for professionals who develop instruction for adult learners. This training track highlights effective presentation and facilitation techniques rooted in best practices from both business and education. The series emphasizes adult learning principles, workplace application, and the backward design approach. To successfully complete the series, participants must meet all course requirements.

Florida Core Competencies
The Florida Standards and Key Competencies for Early Childhood and Afterschool Educators are designed to support both formal education (e.g. academic credits) as well as informal professional development (e.g. microcredentials).
