Institutional Student Learning Outcomes
The Institutional Student Learning Outcomes (ISLOs) at Palm Beach State College define what students College-wide will be prepared to achieve upon the completion of any program.
List of Outcomes
Outcome 1: Communication
Students will demonstrate appropriate organization, language, style, content, sources and delivery when communicating within the subject area.
Outcome 2: Qualitative
Students will examine varying perspectives and exhibit knowledge of civic and social responsibility, politics, government, cultural literacy and information literacy within the subject area.
Outcome 3: Quantitative
Students will collect, analyze, and interpret data, draw conclusions, and solve problems that require computational fluency, scientific reasoning and/or evidence-based methodology within the subject area.
